C6500 c-2423 error

Start getting c-2423 this morning, thought it density sensor, changed it, didn't make a difference, if I'm doing toner density initial adjustment, getting 2413, so it's something to do with cyan, just can't figure out what. Can somebody help?

You will get errors if you try to run toner density initial adjustment if the developer it's not new. In this case, to run this adjustment, you have two choices: add toner manually and agitate the developer with auto dev supply or change the developer with a new one.
