error code 3201 and 5102

l hve two error codes on a c220 konica minolta machine
c3201 and c5102 but when i change the fusing motor and the main motor
stil the erros come one after the other and when l change the PRCB still the same
even l went on to change the gear box for the fusing unit but still the same
some help pliz
