Hello, i have a Panasonic Workio DP-1820E Copier , there are a red key and write
BAC NO.1

the technicien told me that the bac motor is endomaged, but it is very expensive,
we have in tunisia only one corporation for selling and reparation panasonic ,this is the problem.

If there is an abnormal noise when trying to lift the paper tray, then yes, this means a lift motor.

If there is no abnormal noise and actually thetray does not lift up, the possible cause is the E3-10 error and a modification is needed.
