Paper stops before entry to the fuser. Everything is turning. Jams very intermittently. Seems to ride up entrance guide and plough into upper roller and then stop. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Darren

Does the green knob on the fuser handle turn consistently. These rollers are driven by spring clutch at rear of fuser. With the fuser out of machine turn the drive gear that drives the fuser unit clock wise and anti clockwise it shouldnt slip. Easy to take off complete unit from rear. Dismantle unit, clean spring and collar. I use chain-saw oil on these types of springs as the viscosity is such that it stays where it is put - ie it doesnt drip off.
