Bizhub 600 multi feed doc feeder

Hello,

I have an issue with multi through the doc feeder. I had replaced all pu,feed and sep rollers also replace the seperation hub, also saw spring adjustment in three different positions, tried all those with the same problem. the customers originals are flat. Thanks

Changed the pre separation pad? Its infront of the sep roller.
