Hi All.

I've got a Konica Minolta Bizhub with a persistant 1/8" wide black horizontal line appearing on every page about 1/2" from the bottom whether its a print job or copy job. It had a warning to replace the transfer unit and I've done so with no change. The fusing unit also shows only one bar remaining but no warnings yet.

Can someone help me get rid of that line?

Thanks, Ken

Thanks, jonw. The imaging unit is pretty new, but cleaning the grid seemed to do the trick. Ken

One black bar means 10% used, 90% life remaining. I'm assuming you mean one bar left unlit. That would be 90% used.

Make a copy that shows the black line and stop the copier when the paper is about to enter the fuser. If the line isn't there, it's the fuser. My guess is it's the K (black) image unit.
