I've some problems with paper jamming on tray 4. I'm sure that it has to do with this:

PC102/PC202 paper misfeed. Error code 1301 when feeding from Tray 3 or Tray 4.
Solution
CAUSE: The roller fails to pick up the paper because the pick-up roller does not fall all the way down to the correct position to feed paper. Close observationshows that the edge of the lever does not come over the rib on the cassette and the rib does not push the lever upward enough
SOLUTION: To correct this issue please follow the steps outlined in bulletin 5505 which is attached to this solution
