i want to setup Sending Data to a PC on the Network (Scan to SMB) in windows 7 please guide me

You can use ftp utility for the scan to file. Log into konica minolta website they have the software and the guide on how to set up, they also have a guide on how to set up scanning with windows 7.

With Scan to SMB, you will first of all need the following:

1. A username and password for the machine to use on the PC
2. A shared folder on the PC
3. You must have File Sharing enabled in Windows
4. You must be either connected to a "Home" or "Work" network, not a "Public" network (can be seen by going to the Network and Sharing Center)

Once you have that, you can then enter in a one touch button on the machine by going to the machines web interface (type the IP address into a web browser) and then click on Scan, New Registration and then SMB.

Name: This will be the name of the one touch button on the machine
Destination: IP or DNS Name of the PC that holds the scanned folder
Folder: The share name that you gave the folder on the PC
Username: Username for the machine to authenticate with the PC
Password: Password associated with the username on the PC.
