We aquired two used 4690MFs with optional cassette. Neither will recognize the optional cassette. I have added the optional cassette to new units in the past. The only problem I ever had in adding the extra cassette was when the main body was not properly seated on the lower cassette. The connectors look ok on both. It isn't worth spending much time troubleshooting (at least not today). Did I miss or forget something? I don't see any other steps for adding this option in the manual. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
