Hello,

The error code C-C101 is software error.

You installed a new PRCB, this one is delivered with a basic software in version 11, you need to upgrade your engine in lastest version (according to previous PRCB).

Other PCB are normaly not involved.

Check soft levels.

Take care, if you change OACB the software upgrade of that one need to be downloaded with ISWtrns (Konica-Minolta tool)

After that it will works.

Regards.

I just can't believe this!!! I service 5 C6500's and after having the same problem on one of them a few moths ago, I discovered that on other 2 machines that little plastic guide was also missing...

Just saying, I think it's a good idea for anyone who services this type of machines to check this out...it could be some kind of a "design/construction flaw"?

I have the same problem. I was doing a PM on a CPP 650 and this error code pops up. I repaired the wire harness but still have C-C101 is it just the printer control board (PRCB) or do I need to order something else as well?

Replacing the board fixed the problem! Since i only have 1 CPP650 I had some of the other techs in other areas check their M/Cs and half of them had the cover to that harness missing and the wires hanging!
