Dear friends, I am a technician for konica minolta. To day i try to do scan to usb for bh-c -360 machine. If i plug the usb in the panel only its showing usb to printing. I try to enable from the admin ---> system systings---> external memory . From external memory i change the setting put to enable. again i plug the usb nothing is showing only its showing usb to printing only.1 more thing customer using user account only one. anyone knows how to enable for this proble...scan to usb pls reply me...tomorrow i hav to fix it...

Look within the USER AUTHENTICATION settings for the individual account.
You have to allow the user to scan to external memory within the account restrictions.Comment

To use the store /scan to USB(external memory) you will have to turn this option on under admin settings--->user box settings --->external memory
and you will see all three options available when inserting compatible USB flash drive.Comment
