we already replaced the board(prdb) because we found out that there is a blown icp(icp5) but still the problem is not corrected

Are there any warning codes displayed during/after stabilization? Any P codes will prevent consumables from resetting.

Check for 24v at the board..and perform continuity check from board through x-belt, back to bord.if not present, the MFP will not see the new fuse...if you can't repair this the CQ will start to drift off..EMujo

Try doing a trouble reset? Flash firmware? As EMujo stated, check for 24 volts and continuity.

Had a similar issue with the Fuser reset on a C203. No oil cans. Transfer belt reset OK with our one though. Tried various things including soldering a quick blow really tiny fuse in circuit and it didn't blow either.

Ended up getting the 'new' firmware and reflashing the rom.

There is a firmware version that will allow you to turn off notifications for IU, Fuser and TB - though I don't know what the effect would be if you have already expired the life of your transfer belt.

we have found out that the lock of the transfer belt was grounded to main body that's why the transfer belt did not reset..
