hy, I have a konica bizhub 250. I have this message when I try to print 11x17 from bypass, I setup everything from printer driver for this paper size. When I make copies is OK, there is a adjustment for bypass in service mode?

Most likely one of 3 things are happening:
1. The bypass tray paper type setting on the copier itself has been changed to something other than normal. For example, Special, OHP, Card, etc...
2. The document you are printing is not formatted to 11x17 on the computer. The page size is not 11x17. If this is the case, you'll need to change your "Output Paper Size" setting in the print driver to 11x17.
3. Another setting in the print driver is incorrect. Sometimes, these can be difficult to locate. Start by selecting default settings.
I run into these type of issues it seems like weekly from my customers. 99% of the time, one of those items causes the problem.
