My info says Eeprom error on Black (K) i.u have you just re-chipped any of the units ?

the error is with the Black eeprom counter for that image unit. Power the machine off and let it sit for a moment, then power it back on and see if that clears the error, remember to power off from the main switch.

I've installed chips in IU's that throw codes, try another chip. Also try reseating IU as stated above, power cycle, firmware.
