I have downloaded the latest SM dated 2007 /06 Ver 2.0 I don't think it is any different from what you are looking at. There are many blank spots and many where even tho there is no description the switch setting are in Red meaning do not change! I would not recommend experimenting with any undrescribed switch settings.

Is there something in particular you are looking to change?

                    Firmware upgrade

When upgrading firmware Dipsw setting are changed or get added. Review the firmware readme files and you"ll see the list of added or changed switches. Especially version 30 firmware has alot of new switches. Check it out
