You can try a bizhub C353 or C451 for color and bizhub 420 or bizhub 500 for black and white.
Stay away from the C250/252 - the IU's are very weak. If you're low on cash you can take a C450 with low meter.

C450 colour Iu's self destruct too, not quite as bad as c250/c252/c352 though.
colour control panel onwards regardless of model should be OK.

They are really no surprises left with the 200, 250, 350 models.
Drums and developer are relatively cheap and as slide in/out like a printer would.
Feed systems are a contraption but realiable. Fusers can't be rebuilt. Stock each board.

Fusers can't be rebuilt
When trained it takes about 30-40 Minutes to do a fuser rebuild. Fusers over 500K sometimes become brittle. We use Katun UFR's which are not bad.

I was going to reply to that. If you work for a cheap enough shop, anything can be rebuilt.

What do you call "Long Time"? I just yesterday did one in not more than 30 minutes.
Since often the UFR gets prematurely scratched by the thermistors but the rest of the unit is still OK I believe its worth the time to replace only the UFR instead of swapping the whole fuser unit.
Aftermarket UFR's can be obtained easily and cheap.
