cho mình hoi về cách scan tài liệu từ máy aficio 2060 trong win 7. mình đã cài in xong rồi và in ok. scan mình cài bằng giao thức SMB xong nhưng kết nối không được nó báo Fail . trong khi đó mình scan trong win xp thi bình thường ( cùng model 2060 )

Sounds like you need to check your permisions and sharing settings on your Windows 7 computer.

Not sure, but doesn't this machine need a firmware update to scan to Windows 7?

I'd also guess that this machine needs to be updated in order to get SMB scan running with Windows 7. Plan B might be is using FTP instead.

Definatly update firmware. Last year I ran into a scan issue with a new NAS device that wouldn't let 1 of these scan to it, until firmware was done. Also see this thread http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/connectivity/63538-scan-smb-win-7-home.html

Update any firmware X2. I have been able to scan to W7 on a 2060. Press the scanner button, then go to manual entry, input the path (computer name\folder name), press ok and then browse network. if it is going to connect, it should ask for log in info.
make sure that the folder is properly shared and that using password protected sharing is turned on and that the log in has admin rights.
