Hi all,
a customer just called issuing for a paper jam problem.
The copier has only 117k pages count.
On the tray nr. 2 there was a page stuck inside the copier, after removal all ok.
On the tray nr.1 no paper stuck, only a little noise (sound like a tooth broken on a gear) and a jam every 4-5 printouts.
Also, the paper pickup roller seems to be worn out.
No problem to change the pickup roller, but i'm afraid that i need to dismantle the entire back section for accessing the gears.
There is an alternative path to test the gear movement?
Thanks a lot.
