I've had this, but jamming from ALL trays except bypass and large capacity tray option- the drum separation solenoid is on the same ICP as the vertical transport clutches.

The separation solenoid cracked away from the housing and was smashed into the back of the machine by the customer closing the ADU. when it activated next it shorted to ground blowing the ICP. DO NOT just replace the PRCB if the icp is blown with out at least visually checking everything else on the same ICP, or dollars will go down the toilet.

Thanks MCBIG. I had already replaced the board and M5. It turned out to be the one way gear (56AA 7716 0 BY PASS FEED INPUT GEAR A 24T0) on the Manual Feed Unit that needed replcement.
