    Cold reset Konica c352

i guys, i bought a second user konica c352 and i am trying to change the i.p address. When i go to the administrator settings i am prompted to enter a password. The default 12345678 is not working so i am looking to do a factory reset on the machine.

Does anyone know how i achieve this? Thanks in advance.

You don't need to do a factory reset on the machine, ya just need to go into tech mode and change the admin password.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Hi ussual Konica passwords would be "12345678" "00000000" if not then you can go into service mode and chanage the password.
