C0046 on a BH C350

Hi all,
a customer just called in reporting this error code.
The copier's counter is near 600k total.
There is a way to get rid of this without changing the cooler fan?

there is no way that I know of to bypass the fan issue. the speed of the fan is reported back to the control board and it needs to be a specified RPM for the control panel to read it.
try cross referencing the part number for the fan and see if you have a machine that you can take it from.
