Bizhub C350 - weird Fiery issues?

Hey all,

Having a weird problem with an IC401 Fiery. All internal printouts from the Fiery are overlayed with cyan or missing most of their colours! This alternates as does anything printed to the machine - sometimes cyan over everything or just weird trippy versions of what is supposed to be there?

I have updated the Fiery firmware, rebooted the server a few times and even re-initialized the Fiery but I cant get rid of the error.

Copies are absolutely fine.

you may have a failed "video interface" which is the card the fiery plugs into in the machine. A clean install of the fiery software would be where i would start though.
