    Minolta C350

    i have a minolta C350 that is doing smudging cyans, put a new imaging unit in the machine and it still has the same problem. i am a kyocera tech and not really familiar with this problem and not sure how to fix it. it is for a church and with Easter coming up there really wanting me to have it fixed today. any help would be much appreciated.. doc20120405084657.jpg

    notice the blue, green and purple colors at the heavy fill end

      Use the wand to clean the led's under the drum units, also give the id sensors a clean, they are located under the transfer belt.
      The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

        Remove the IU's and maybe the transfer belt unit. Scrub the led lens. We use alcohol. The cleaning wand may not be enough to clean.
