need help for c6500 with error c2545

Hi all,

my km c6500 gives me error c2454, I added black toner, then came eror c2453, I added cyan toner then error c2454 appears, then 2453, 2454, 2453... so on...

I checked the recovery toner box is filled with black toner and cyan toner (I've added)

I cannot check the values of sensors, because error c2454 or c2453 appears again, cannot do a test print. what should I do?

Hi,

You can directly go to service mode, press "counters/ utility" then switch on the engine. Let a front door open can be also a solution.

When all colors are involved the problem is very often the PRCB card. (take care , broken by a short circuit)

The HV pcb (BIAS) can be also defective.

Did you change the developpers?

How many prints have your engine and your developping units?

You can refresh the value (for developing) by a recall of data factory for process module (in service mode)

The last cause can be a short circuit somewhere, there are some tipical points to check for that.
