Bizhub 43 dead

Hi guys, have a set of Bizhub 43 machines which have all gone dead in just about the same way, They power but will not boot fully. only the "menu fax,scan,copy and start keys light continuously. The tech data suggests to remove the printer interface cable to the MFP and then power the machine. but all this has been done but the machine will not boot. I believe the TELUSB.exe tool will help, non the less, I cant find it on infohub, anyone knows where to get it from? Or anyone had any luck with these machines?
