Bizhub c350

hello, i have a bizhub c350 and the the unit life indicator dosent work.
so i cant see how toner or any other information about the machine.
I bought like this, but is in perfect working condition.
can anyone help me?

Maybe be a little less vague. When you press Utility-unit life indicator, what do you see? Have you tried going into service mode and checking the counters there?

thanks for anwser, in service mode i can see the counters, in the main menu utility life idicator i cant see something or print the life page.

Firmware - ask your representative or, if feeling adventurous, google for c350 firmware - who knows, you might get lucky...
