hi guys.ive been having problems with the color registration of a konica c220.the first half of the page is fine but on the second half the color registration is about 5mm out.it seems to be the cyan thats causing problems.have adj fuser speed and changed cyan iu.any ides?have also done firmware.machines done 350k.ive attached a sample 15674

looks like the classic sticking fusing loop sensor to me.

If it is printed out of Corel, convert it to pdf and try again.

Yeh, that or the IDC sensors below T-belt.

cheers for the ideas guys,ive been there today and it doesnt produce fault all the time.ive tried all suggestions with no joy.im starting to think it could be a laser problem or something more of a pain.ive performed the skew adj of ph unit in service mode .so i guess time will tell.any ideas are all welcome.will keep you posted

Hi

I have the same fault on a C280 my next step is to return on Monday with a Laser (print) unit and try that.
Unfortunatly it's very intermittent but will let you know if it works.

I don't know if you had any luck with your fault but i tracked mine to be the MFP board.

cheers for the update chap.glad you got it fixed.the 22o i was looking at hasnt come back in since i did the ph adjustment,so hopefullt that would have done the trick.if it reoccurs ill go strait for the mfp board.thanks again
