Hi
i am having a problem with a SD506 attached to a C7000
sometimes the section which puts the crease on booklets the section inside the rhs door
going to the folding an stapleing part cause the pages to come out slightly skewed
which makes the booklets unuseable as the top and bottom are not even
it does not happen all the time some booklets come out ok
customer is useing A3 100g paper i have cleaned and lubricated all the guides rollers
and shafts but no improvement
any suggestion on what to do next appreciated
