hi, I have 2 bizhub 420 whit diferent web options, maybe they have diferent firmware? how can confirmed?

is posible download and upgrade firmware version?

You have to be an authorized KonMin dealer or know an authorized KonMin dealer to get firmware.

These MFPs are updated in "phases" more than likely, you have 1 MFP at phase 3 and one at phase 2 or lower...Phase 3 MFPs connect to IE much better, and the updates include bug fixes additional options through the control panel etc...If your MFP is under maintenance, your tech should be able to upgrade you (and it should be at no additional charge..Emujo

if either of them have done more than 250k and dont have "fusing unit needs to be replaced" on the screen they wont be on initial release version firmware - as they forgot to add the option to clear the fusing unit life counter. That was added after

I believe you can get it over the web somewhere, but I doubt you'll get it for free. Also you need a special software to do it properly. Also if something goes wrong, you'll end with a very big door stop.
