FN6 for Di650

I am using a Booklet Finisher FN-6 with Di551 and it works great with that but when I tried to use it with Di650, it works good with letter but Jams while doing Large size like 11 x 17. If there is any Dip switch on Finisher somewhere that has to be changed for speed since Di551 is slower then Di650. Many Tnx in advance..

The finisher may actually need repair - a clean and some lubricant where required - there may be no adjustments at all. These finishers have lots of rollers and such, and they all require periodic cleaning or the paper will slip. Is it jamming in the same place?

As I said it works very well without any jamming or problem but it starts to jam for the copies of Big Size like 11 x 17 when used with Di-650. Any input on this issue will be appreciated. Many Tnx in advance...

I hate an FN-6 what a POS............ I don't recall them making it model specific but I could be wrong. Have a look at the firmware versions in the machine and the finisher, could be there way off creating weirdness............................. Come to think of it I really hate the 551/650, dirty running pig machines that are not tech friendly at all and can be a constant source of aggravation, not to mention pissing the customer off.
