bizhub 500 activity report

Hello,

I would like to ask how do you turn off the activity report on bizhub 500? Every time I turn on the machine, it prints 2 pages of activity report which i don't really need. Thank you.

I don't know about everytime you turn the machine on, but here is how to turn the Activity Report Off:

1. Utility
2. Administrator Setting
3. Fax Setting
4. Report Setting
5. Activity Report
6. Off

Thank you for the reply. I looked in to the Administrator Setting but there is no Fax Setting (by the way the machine doesn't have a fax kit). Is there other way?

That is funny! No fax and yet you are getting that report. I would think if it thought it had a fax, you would have an service code pop. Maybe check and see if the fax is set in service mode and unset it.:p
