Ricoh Jp1230 Duplicator

It's been about 10 years since I worked on duplicators. Mostly Riso. Does anyone have info on this duplicator. Took a trade in and want to test it. Has user access codes enabled and need to know if theres a master code or how to reset this code? Any help would be appreciated. Even a manual.

To enter the service mode press CLEAR MODES then 107 then press and hold down the red CLEAR/STOP key.
Enter 120 press enter then change value from 1 to 0.

Im getting the e-21 error on this JP1230 (Gestetner 5308L) the service manual says its the paper exit sensor but I cannot locate the part number on the book? any ideas??
