Printer starts but then gives the code M4 and does not print.

Code M4? Are you sure? Usually error codes are something like "C1234" or "P12". Never saw an M4 before...

can you take a picture of the consumables life page - I think someone has turned off consumables life warning.

hi.....i believe it means a maintainance call so you have to reset the maintainace counter in the service mode

MAINTENANCE counter in the service mode have all dropped, but does not help. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, tell me how to do the right thing.
