Bizhub C25 shading issue

I got a bizhub C25 that's giving me background on copies/scans only. Internals look good. This model has a CIS module(L.E.D.) I cannot find any adjustments for it in the manual. Other than replacing the CIS, anyone got any other ideas? I cleaned the white reference and reseated connectors to no avail. It's a weird one....
