BizHub 421, new fuser but display says replace soon.

BH 421 w/ 320k on it, just did a PM and then right after the fuser started making squealing/humming noises. Replaced the fuser w/ a brand new KM part. When installed I cleared the counter in service menu, and left the place.

Get a call and go back onsite, machine is saying "have fusing unit replaced soon" or something of the sort. CQ is good, machine is operating flawlessly. Re-checked counters in the service menu and they are low count, meaning the reset worked when i installed it. I cleared it again and then re-booted the machine. Still says it as soon as the machine comes up to the home screen. re-cleared each individual "Fixing" counter and PM counter, rebooted again, still says it even with the counts at zero.
I'm half tempted to change to turn the "user" service notifications off and see if that works.

Anyone ever had this happen before ?

Solution:
To clear "Replace fuser soon" indication:
1. Go to Service mode (Press Utility, Meter Count, Check Details, Stop 00, Stop 01).
2. Select System 1 and then Initialization.
3. Touch Counter Data.
4. Select Fixing Counter and press the Start key.
5. Exit the Service mode and power cycle the unit.
