Hi at all,
each full-color copy or print-out have a wide cyan strip (shadow) in the sub-scanning direction. Black&white mode is okay. The examples in the attachment shows a black& white and a full-colour copy from the test chart. The other are half-tone printouts in cyan, yellow, magenta and black (density 70) from the tech. menu.
I removed the transfer-belt and checked it visually but no fault was found. After the re-install the stripes are much stronger than before.
It is a fairly new machine. Total count 9157
Can the transver-belt occur these stripes or I'm on the wrong way?
