Hi,
I have a customer with Minolta Di 2010 that they network print to. They upgraded to a new windows 7 computer and their IT person could not connect it. Can this machine work with Windows 7? Where can I get the driver if so? I know it's old, but it runs well and they would like to keep it.
Thanks in advance.

Is it a Postscript or PCL print controller? If PS there is a Vista driver that will likely work. If PCL you may be out of luck. You can try the XP 64 bit driver, it may work but not likely.
Hope this helps.

Windows 7 has the driver for these machines, you just have to hit the "Update" button when searching for the driver.

if Win 7 32 Bit you can use XP driver ( work Nice ) ,for 64 bit like 907tec said hit the "Update" button when searching for the driver but PCL 5e .

Hi 64 bit driver did not work and the update did not work either. It said windows was unable to get a list of devices from windows update. Please try again later. I tried several times. I can ping it OK . I welcome any thoughts.
Thanks.

well you still have one solution ( if you just use for normal printing no acct track ) try use Lainer MP2510 win 7 x64 PCL .It can work for normal just can't use for copy track funtion

Speak to your IT person as it sounds like they have disabled Windows Update which does have the driver.

Second thing is that you can use just about any driver that is PCL capable, but you can't gurantee operation with finishers and so forth.

The third thing, if trying to print using a RAW port, then you will probably find that the port could be 10001 or 9100. I can't remember if that particular machine still used 10001 as the RAW port number as that is about the time that Konica Minolta started to switch over to using 9100 as the default.
