having problem with konica Minolta C550 Treble code C-d252 ,any can help me .:(

CD252 (C-D252) code at start up.
Solution
CAUSE: The Controller 1 setting is enabled in Tech. Rep. Mode without the IC-409 (Fiery® controller) installed.
SOLUTION: To reset the error code, perform the following:
1. Press Utility/Counter button.
2. Press ‘Job Details button’ on the operation panel.
3. Press Utility/Counter button.
4. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until ‘Meter Count’ is displayed on the operation panel.
5. Press ‘Check Details’ button.
6. Enter Tech. Rep Mode (Stop, 0, 0, Stop, 0, 1).
7. Press ‘System 2’ button.
8. Press ‘Image Controller’. Button.
9. Press ‘Controller 0’ for the standard controller.
10. Exit Tech Rep Mode.
11. Cycle power OFF/ON.

Next time try to name your topic more accurate, like machine name and problem. It is easy to understand that you need help once you posted here, but you have greater chance of getting the right answer if you are naming your posts according to the forum rules.

then install a new drum.

Hey Synthohol, I wouldn't be surprised if they take you serious and mic drum :cool:

To bunchieattia. You should start a new thread. Google C280 drum chip. By the way there is no C280 "E"

THANK YOU!!!! Because of morons like this that give away proprietary info, I have to force my customers to change admin passwords, enable CE authentication and change this password to keep hackers and tweakers out of the systems. I can only hope that one of his customers finds this info online, makes some changes and keeps him onsite for 2 days trying to figure out what was screwed up. EMujo
