    bizhub c10

    hi...i have problem with konica minolta bizhub c10 which giving me message when i power on the machine to enter the settings of the fax..then displaying "USA?select=OK"and stay there ...all the buttons of the control panel don't work
    i hear the sound of peeps but nothing changed....any solution guys?

          I have similar problem recently but in my case machine was starting and after some time just stuck with message "please wait" and no response after pressing anything on control panel..
          Problem solved with scanner lamp replacement.
          Lamp was giving some strange purple color of light instead white like should and CCD does not read valid signal and starting of machine stuck there.
          Check this and try put new firmware.
