konica c652 has bad data on print only like the wrong driver is being used any ideas

Which of these can you print out and how they look?
1,PCL font list
2,PS font lists
3,test page
4,demo
? List output from service ? if you have all scan it and post it here ;) with also scanned failed print.
can you print the same doc on a different machine? how about different computer?

I would look at the following:

1. Formatting the HDD (you will need to reload animation data and one-touches)
2. Doing a RAM test
3. Use a different driver. If you are using the PCL driver, try the PS or XPS drivers.
