You shouldn't need to Factory reset the machine.
Just change the IP address and so on from the administrator mode.

Printer does not print. When I send a print job, the light DATA is not flashing , but ping is correct

is the DHCP on or off? how many computers are connected? try to disconnect the machine then ping again, if there is still a reply, there is a conflict with one of your computer.

What port are you using to print to the machine with? RAW, LPR or any other?
Do you have Account Track or User Authentication enabled?

If everything else fails, the machine will need to be serviced with the NVRAM reset tool to reset the NIC.

What port are you using to print to the machine with? RAW, LPR or any other?
Do you have Account Track or User Authentication enabled?
- account track - disable
- user authentication - disable
- port 9100 , RAW
you can try clean the system error or change to LPR Print
