Konica Minolta 7020 department code reset

Im looking to gather info on how to take off department codes on a Konica Minolta 7020 if you can help?

I have the SM but Im sure this is something in anAdmin menu somewhere?

as far as i can remember you go into the "key op" section & turn off the "EKC"....
