Machine trouble

Konica 7115 copier when switched on displays machine troube on screen and then displays service call error code C0000. Other times it displays paper jam but when i open the door there is no paper. please help.

Clean the clutch/solenoid connected to the main motor. Lubricate if possible. You can reset the trouble by turning off and on the machine.

Fault Code - just could be the main motor needs changing. Check nothing is binding the fixer unit also.
Paper Jams - with lift up tray in down position, make sure rear paper guide is right up to paper. If it happens all the time the torsion spring needs changing.
