Hi there!
Nice little thing happend yesterday. Customer calls for bad copies, prints OK. Turn of the machine, cleaning the scanner-section. Turn on, hourglass, then the planetscreen (itīs a develop 253) nothing else happens. Plug out, waiting ca. 3minutes, turn on, the same:mad:. Trying to do the trouble-reset-procedure-planetscreen & nothing else. After uploading the firmware (FE-3) the machine was working again if nothing had happend. I love such things, really:rolleyes:.
