This machine continues to have problems around the drum assembly. The print quality is good but jams. The paper does not release from the drum. If the paper does make it past the drum assembly it rolls into the fuser assembly. I changed the charge wires and the discharge wires without any improvement.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Sounds like either a transfer/separation problem or a voltage issue across the drum. Try a different transfer/separation unit. Also try cleaning the drum screw that contacts the drum bearing and the inside of the bearing as well with a 3M pad and see if the jams go away or are less frequent. If they are less frequent then it would also mean that the HV1 needs to be replaced. You can also check to confirm that its a HV1 issue by watch the paper go across the drum. If the paper curls upwards towards the drum then you will be looking at the HV1 being replaced.
