bizhub 423 paper sizes and printing the wrong way

just like the above stated. customer is having issues like letter printing out on a letter sheet but the image is in the other direction. just a few intermittent issues. any thoughts on this. super annoying little things like this. thanks for all the help

Sounds like it is not set to "Auto Paper"

I told the customer that this was probably the issue. waiting to hear back. but from time to time I have seen that these bizhubs you put the original in in the portrait position. and it comes out landscape. with the print running the wrong way. kind of wierd how they just pick what they will. no rhyme or reason. is anyone else having any issues with papers printing the wrong way>? thanks

If it is a copy job check the "rotation off" is not highlighted green. This will print the image without rotating but will select any tray with the correct size paper.
