Check to make sure there isn't any paper stuck on drum and that its not damaged. Also check in the recycler as well. Did you try replacing the developer? If its overtoned you will get this error code also.

i already change also the drum unit..... and nothings happend...........

i also change the whole drum unit the drum, corona unit, dev unit, dev., blade, drum, ect....
