The quality on these machines suck ass.

Having problems with 11 by 17 showing deletions on trail edge. like the charge isn't separating from the drum in time. does anyone know what might be causing this, I played a little with the sep. charge and made no difference, so i put it back. To busy to stay around and play with it.

Not much you can do about that. Assume with in last 5-10mm of the page? This happens because the trail edge of the paper does not sit as close to the drum when transferring.

Depending on what version of f/w you are running you can adjust the transfer assist sheet so it push's the trail edge of the paper onto the drum surface. You need to be careful as you can adjust it to a point that it will touch the drum and deletions will be the least of your worries.

For the record the halftones off this machine blows the doors off any canon and unlike xerox, never jams.
