    bizhub c35 blank copies

    I have a bizhub c35 that is giving me a blank copy everyother copy off glass or through feeder but not on prints.
    I have swapped the mother board for a different warrany claim un related to this issue.
    The machine after being in field for about four months had a scanner lock error and scanner was not locked it took a mother board too fix it. Then i received a call back for this everyother copy blank issue and thought cust was crazy untill i duplicated the symptom.
    Any ideas ????

      Just an idea, check your ribbon cable connection on the PRCB board. It's at the top. I quess it could be a problem with the PRCB board as well.

          The connector is PJ10, it goes to the HV board. I had that problem where it was not connecting good and it caused blank copies. But it was in all modes.
