Bizhub 250 Fax Problem Result: RX(NG) (EBEODD)

I am receiving a fax every minute from someone and it keeps coming up with a Result: RX(NG) (EBEODD). I believe that i am receiving a IP-RX, but I am unable to fix this issue. It has been going on for a couple of weeks now. If anyone has an suggestion I would greatly appreciate it.

i'd contact the person sending the fax....and ask them to stop sending it....
